Welcome to my Miranda Kerr Diet blog! — I’m going to reveal some of the secrets the Victoria’s Secret models have been using for years (they are actually pretty simple if you have a plan.) Don’t worry if you have no experience with diets or exercise…I didn’t either just a few months ago. I started this blog so I could help give information to some of Miranda’s fans, because she’s a huge star for how she looks. Breakfast:

- Steel Cut Oatmeal
Lunch:
- Whole wheat crackers with tuna
- Bag of cold vegetables
- Dandelion Tea/White Tea
Dinner:
- Lean meat such as chicken, with a balsamic vinaigrette salad pairing
- Roasted vegetables such as squash or pumpkin, steamed also good.
- Green tea

The Miranda Kerr diet and fitness routines are a testament to the star’s passion for healthy living and are part of her on-going commitment to setting a strong example for others to follow. Being a proper role model is a responsibility she takes quite seriously. If you plan to follow the Miranda Kerr Diet regiment you should know that it does take effort but it can be a very enjoyable lifestyle change.
